This includes creating seamless front-end interfaces, robust back-end systems, and ensuring efficient deployment through DevOps practices. They work on implementing state-of-the-art NLP algorithms to automate compliance monitoring, detect vulnerable customers, and enhance performance management tools for call center agents and advisers.
