Kristin Taylor, CDR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kristin currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Avenica, where they are also the President of the Arch Advisory Division. Kristin is focused on crafting client-focused strategies to elevate businesses and leaders. Prior to their role at Avenica, they were the Partner and Head of Delivery & Brand at Arch Advisory Group, leading technology-driven headhunting activities and overseeing client relationships, business development, and team leadership.

Before joining Arch Advisory Group, Kristin worked at Colliers as the National Leader for U.S. Sales/Executive Search Talent Acquisition and the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for the Eastern US. In these roles, they were responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and leading diversity and inclusion efforts.

Kristin also gained experience at Cushman & Wakefield as a National Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Recruiter, where they recruited professionals for the Valuation & Advisory and Brokerage groups. Additionally, Kristin has a background in the arts, having worked as an actress, model, and makeup artist in the New York Film, Television, Stage, & Print industry.
