Scott Dettman

Scott Dettman has experience in various leadership roles and is currently serving as the CEO & Board of Directors at Avenica since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at ManpowerGroup from 2014 to 2019, where they held positions such as Principal, Director of Business Transformation, Team Leader - Advanced Analytics, and Senior Data Scientist. At ManpowerGroup, they were responsible for managing multi-million dollar P&L, leading strategic initiatives, and building and leading analytics teams. Before that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Voxdel from 2012 to 2014 and as the Director of Marketing at Johnson Direct from 2011 to 2012. Scott also served as the Managing Director - Healthcare Technology at Zimmerman from 2009 to 2011.

Scott Dettman's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009. Scott then pursued a Master of Arts in Quantitative Social Science from the same institution from 2012 to 2014. Subsequently, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Quantitative Social Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2014 to 2016. Finally, in 2017, they completed the HBX - CORE program in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School.
