Isabel Casillas Guzman

Isabel Casillas Guzman is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur currently serving as the Founder of Avenida Advisors since April 2025. Previously, Isabel held the position of Administrator at the U.S. Small Business Administration from March 2021 to January 2025 and served as the Director of the Office of the Small Business Advocate at the California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) from April 2019 to March 2021. Isabel co-founded GovContractPros, LLC, and was the Founder of Casillas Guzman prior to that. Isabel contributed as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the Administrator at the US Small Business Administration from April 2014 to January 2017 and served as Advisor to the Founder and Director of Strategic Initiatives at ProAmérica Bank from January 2009 to April 2014. Isabel earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Concentration in Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
