Liza Martinez has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Liza began their career in 2020 as an Archival Intern at Sherman Grinberg Film Library, where they conducted film research, preserved and restored film archives, and collaborated with clients to curate archives for their projects. In 2021, they became a Senior Archival Intern at the same company, taking on additional responsibilities such as managing and training interns, creating marketing statements, and assisting with client relations and licensing. In 2022, they joined Entertainment 360 as a Front Desk Receptionist and Office Coordinator, where they demonstrated excellent desk and phone etiquette, managed schedules, coordinated conference calls, oversaw the mailroom and supply room, and handled mail sorting and shipping. Liza later took on the role of Mailroom Clerk and Assistant Floater, acquiring skills in managing office activities, working in a fast-paced environment, and meeting tight deadlines. Currently, Liza is working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at Avenida Entertainment Group Inc. from February 2023.

Liza Martinez pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their enrollment at Riverside City College. From 2016 to 2018, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Following that, they attended California State University, Northridge, where they studied media theory and criticism from 2019 to 2021, earning another degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. During their time at university, they also obtained various certifications, such as "Being an Effective Team Member," "Leading at a Distance," "Managing Stress for Positive Change," "Productivity Tips: Finding Your Productive Mindset," "Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity," and "Time Management: Working from Home." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in March 2020.
