Christian Ackermann

Christian Ackermann has a diverse and extensive work experience in accounting and controlling positions. Christian currently serves as the Head of Accounting at Aveniq, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they were with CWS Suisse for over 10 years, where they held various roles including Head of Accounting Switzerland, Fachspezialist Rechnungswesen, and Leiter Controlling. Christian also gained experience at Helvetia Versicherungen Schweiz, where they worked as a Fachspezialist Rechnungswesen, Teamleiter Rechnungswesen, and again as a Fachspezialist Rechnungswesen. Earlier in their career, they started as a Sachbearbeiter Treuhand at EGELI Treuhand AG.

Christian Ackermann completed their education at various institutions. From 2001 to 2004, they attended FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a degree in Betriebsökonom. Christian then furthered their education at AKAD from 2014 to 2016, earning a diploma as an expert in accounting and controlling. Alongside their education, Christian Ackermann also acquired additional certifications. In 2011, they obtained a diploma as an IFRS Accountant from Controller Akademie AG (Schweiz). Additionally, in 2016, they received a diploma as an expert in accounting and controlling from the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SBFI).
