As the Founder of Systomenta.com since October 2019 and a Senior Consultant at Avenir Group since February 2020, Lukas has played a pivotal role in facilitating change management and leadership training. Previous roles include Strategic Project Manager at Fiege Forwarding Switzerland LTD and Substitute Head of Division Sea Freight at Fiege Logistics (Switzerland) Ltd. With a strong foundation in the logistics sector, earned through multiple positions at Gondrand International AG, Lukas has attained numerous coaching and consulting certifications, including a Systemischer Master of Coaching from St. Galler Coaching Akademie and an NLP Hypnose Master from NLP Labor.
