Aveline Syslia

Aveline Syslia has extensive experience in global recruitment, currently serving as the Global Recruitment Head at Avensys Consulting since March 2008. In this role, Aveline is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment life cycle, developing global talent strategies, and implementing policies to enhance recruitment processes. Aveline's expertise includes workforce planning, collaboration with hiring managers, and providing training on talent acquisition techniques. Prior to Avensys, Aveline was a Recruitment Manager at Unisoft Global Services from 2004 to 2007, where responsibilities included updating recruiting procedures. Aveline holds a degree from the University of Nottingham Malaysia, earned between 1995 and 1998.
