Claudia Visser

Claudia Visser serves as the Head of Recruitment & Performance Management at Ayvens since June 2023, following the company's formation from the acquisition of LeasePlan by ALD Automotive. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at LeasePlan as an HR Project Manager & Senior Global Talent Advisor from November 2020 to June 2023 and gained experience as a Consultant in HR Transformation at Deloitte from October 2017 to November 2020. Claudia began a career in human resources as a Management Trainee at NCOI Groep and held various positions including HR Generalist and Talent Scout. Additionally, Claudia has a background in research and teaching mathematics from work at Hogeschool IPABO. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Policy, Communication & Organization and a Bachelor of Education.
