Kirti Desai (MInstD) possesses extensive experience in digital transformation and technology strategy across various sectors. Currently serving on the IT Advisory Board for TechXcelerate at Aventedge, Kirti previously held the position of GM Digital, Data & Technology at ProCare, overseeing technology strategy and team development. Other notable roles include Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at REINZ, Chief Growth Officer at Quotable Value Ltd, and Head of Business Transformation at Paymark. Kirti's background also includes significant positions at Westpac New Zealand Limited and ANZ, focusing on product management and digital sales performance.
