Ashish Deshmukh

Ashish Deshmukh is the co-founder and CEO of Aventior, a digital transformation company. Ashish has over fifteen years of experience in leading digital transformation projects for major companies. Ashish started their career at Infosys, where they spent fifteen years working their way up to senior manager. In that role, they led the implementation of global eCommerce platforms for clients such as North America, Europe, and APAC. Ashish also was responsible for eCommerce solution architecture and oversaw the tech stack, which included Java J2EE, XML, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

In 2015, they left Infosys to join Deloitte as their digital transformation leader. There they helped clients with their eCommerce and portal needs. Ashish left Deloitte in 2017 to start Aventior. Under their leadership, Aventior has successfully transformed the digital presence of many major companies.

Ashish Deshmukh received their MBA in Computers from Savitribai Phule Pune University, their B.E in Electronics and Power System from Nagpur University, and their master's degrees in business administration and masters from St. Joseph school.
