Jonathan Detwiler

Jonathan Detwiler serves a Vice President of Construction for Aventon. Mr.Detwiler is responsible for the strategic planning, leadership, and development of high-performance teams, as well as overall construction of multifamily projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets. Prior to joining Aventon as a Project Manager in June 2021, Mr. Detwiler was a Project Manager for the Bainbridge Companies for over 8 years. Jonathan has worked on various product types including high-rise, podium, wrap, garden, and senior living housing. Over the course of Jonathan’s career, he has successfully delivered over 3,500 multifamily units across multiple markets.
