Kevin White

Kevin White is the Director of Preconstruction for Aventon where he is responsible for design review, planning and scheduling, procurement of construction documents, estimating, and subcontractor bidding and purchasing. Prior to joining Aventon, Mr. White served as Preconstruction Manager for KAST Construction, a West Palm Beach based General Contractor, for nearly four years where he was responsible for preconstruction activities on high-rise and midrise multi-family and hospitality projects in Florida. Prior to KAST, he worked in the Austin and San Antonio, Texas markets for nearly seven years with DPR Construction and Clark Construction on healthcare and technology-related projects. Mr. White received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Miami and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. He is also a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida.
