Mark K. Coletta

Mark K. Coletta serves as the Senior Managing Director of Aventon where he is responsible for all development and construction related activities in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions. Prior to this role, and for the past 20+ years, Mr. Coletta was the Vice President of Development for Fairfield Residential, Camden Property Trust, and Bainbridge in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Over his career, Mr. Coletta and his teams have developed over 12,000 apartment homes with a total capitalization of over $2.0 Billion. Mr. Coletta’s development experience includes a broad spectrum of residential product types ranging from low density suburban product to complicated mixed-use high-rise developments. Mr. Coletta received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He is a member in the Urban Land Institute and National Multi Housing Council.
