Nathan Carroll

Mr. Carroll is the Executive Vice President of Construction at Aventon. Prior to joining Aventon, Mr. Carroll served as the President of Construction at The Bainbridge Companies where he was an executive for over 8 years. During Mr. Carroll’s tenure with the Bainbridge Companies, his responsibilities included the management and supervision of all Bainbridge Construction entities and operations, which included the planning, development, and construction of over 10,000 multi-family units, with a construction cost value of over $1 billion throughout multiple US East Coast regions. Prior to joining the Bainbridge Companies, Mr. Carroll worked with a mid-size General Contractor servicing the Mid-Atlantic region focusing on numerous Student Housing and Assisted Living projects for multiple institutional clients. Mr. Carroll holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Construction Engineering & Management, both from North Carolina State University. In addition, he is an actively licensed Professional Engineer in the State of NC, an active member of ASCE, a NASCLA certified contractor, and a licensed contractor or qualifier in the states of NC, SC, VA, and GA.
