Ray Sechrest has a strong background in project supervision within the construction industry, with experience as a Project Superintendent at Aventon Companies, The Bainbridge Companies, and as an Assistant Project Superintendent at Mark Baron Construction, Inc., Davis Development, and Urban Oaks Builders / Hines. Prior to that, Ray also worked as a Water Conservation Tech at ConServe Water conservation and as a Construction Superintendent at Vista Realty Partner. Ray's expertise lies in scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing material and manpower, production, safety of workers, and working in collaboration with development, management, architects, and engineers to uphold industry standards in multifamily development.
