Rick Bierbower

Rick Bierbower currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at Aventon Companies, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Rick held the same title at Comstock Companies from 2022 to August 2025, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes mixed-use office/retail, multi-family, hospitality, and for-sale condo assets. Additionally, from 2017 to 2022, Rick was the Vice President of Commercial Asset Management at JBG SMITH, managing assets across mixed-use office/retail, industrial, flex, life science, and land categories. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Vornado Realty Trust (2015-2017) and as an Associate at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate (2013-2015) and Delta Associates (2012-2013). Rick holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and has an educational background from Wake Forest University and Landon School.
