Carol Hanley's work experience begins in 2004 as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Ryan Homes. Carol then worked at West Unified Communications Services, starting in 2009 as a Global Account Executive, later becoming an Event Services Solutions Consultant, and finally a Sales Operations Manager. Carol joined Intrado in 2017, first as a Director of Sales and later as a Director of Sales Enablement. At Notified, their most recent position before 2023, they served as a Sr. Director Commercial Strategy, responsible for leading commercial strategy, sales enablement materials, and sales training. In 2023, they started working at Stova as a Strategic Account Manager.

Carol Hanley attended The College of New Jersey from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In February 2023, Carol completed various courses through LinkedIn Online Training, including B2B Marketing Pricing Strategies, Business Analytics Sales Data, Finance Foundations Business Valuation, Sales Negotiation, Salesforce Automation for Salespeople, Strategic Negotiation, and Strategic Selling: How to Communicate with the C-Suite and Decision Makers. Carol also obtained a certificate in Prospecting: Panning for Sales Gold from Skillsoft in February 2023.
