Kerry Hurst

Kerry Hurst has extensive experience in various roles within human resources and financial operations. Currently serving as Group HR Operations Manager at Aventum Group since February 2020, Kerry has previously held positions including IBA Accounts Manager and IBA Credit Controller within the same organization. Prior experience includes teaching at Millhouseprimary, technical consulting at Xchanging, and credit control at Antares Managing Agency Limited. Additional roles include Reinsurance Technician at Arch Insurance, Technical IBA Accounts at Aon, and Accounts Clerk at MRB Insurance Brokers Ltd. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from The Open University and a PGCE in Education from Canterbury Christ Church University, while currently pursuing further studies with The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).
