Natasha Aylen

Natasha Aylen currently serves as the Group Head of Strategic Operations at Aventum Group, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Natasha was the Head of Operations at Consilium Insurance Brokers from December 2022 to November 2023 and had an extensive tenure at Aventum Group from April 2015 to December 2022 as a Project Portfolio Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Credit Controller at Direct Insurance London Market and as a Logistics Coordinator at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. Natasha started the professional journey at Percepta, working as a UK DAC Advisor from February 2007 to June 2011, where responsibilities included supporting the UK dealer network and managing dealer codes.
