Kelly Keys

Kelly Keys is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Trauma Program Director at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital since September 2023, and as the Executive Director of the Broward County Healthcare Coalition since September 2007. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Emergency Management at Cleveland Clinic from June 2022 to September 2023, and Trauma Nurse/Nursing Supervisor at Kendall Regional Medical Center from November 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included providing care for patients with acute trauma injuries. Kelly Keys also held the position of Emergency Manager at Broward Health from March 2004 to February 2022, overseeing emergency management policies and programs.
