Scott Carlson

Scott Carlson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, recruitment, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Hesse-Carlson The Arena since December 2018, Scott focuses on promoting business sponsorships, public relations, and company development. In parallel, Scott has held the position of Direct Hire Recruiter at Aventure Staffing & Professional Services, LLC since September 2016, playing a key role in customer acquisition and service expansion. Prior experience includes a successful tenure as a Recruiting Professional at SOS Employment Group from 2010 to 2016, where Scott was recognized as a Certified Staffing Professional, along with a long-standing role as Branch Manager at Iowa Office Supply from 1983 to 2009, directing multiple operations and developing strong management and sales expertise. Scott holds an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management from Northwest Iowa Community College.
