Donny Marshall is an experienced professional in project and operations management, currently serving as the Business Director at Aventus Energy since September 2024. Prior to this role, Donny held various positions within TEXO Group from October 2018 to September 2024, including Divisional Director, Operations Manager, and Project Manager for TEXO Engineering and Fabrication. Donny's background also includes significant experience at Houlder Limited as a Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer, and roles involving project engineering at Transocean, KCA Deutag, and Global Energy Group. Donny's career began at Glasgow Caledonian University, where a BA Honours degree in Integrated Product Design for Engineering was obtained between 2002 and 2006.

Our target market is the Onshore/Offshore renewables and the traditional Oil & Gas industries into which we will be providing the full range of IRM supporting services. Our Management team have a combined 100 + years’ experience operating in both of these energy sectors, all of whom started on the lowest rung of the ladder and worked their way up to and including MD roles, managing £20m + annual turnover with upwards of 250 multi-disciplined technicians deployed over multiple assets both on/offshore in the UK and overseas. Our experienced teams will provide complete turnkey solutions to deliver safety driven, schedule-focused projects which mitigate the risk of lost revenue for clients during life enhancement projects on various marine assets such as Jack Up & Semi-Submersible drilling Rigs & offshore wind foundation Jackets. Included in our range of maintenance services are industrial coating inspection/preparation & application, mechanical/electrical repair and installation, diving services, weld repair, follow up NDT inspections and the full range of construction activities. All services delivered by a highly-skilled, compliant workforce that is supported by industry best practice operating procedures. Many of our technicians are dual-qualified in two or more of the following qualifications, Diving, Rope Access, Construction, Scaffolding & GWO. This provides our clients with a one-stop-shop that reduced interfaces between multiple vendors that ultimately delivers reduced costs.
