M P Sriram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of human resources, organizational development, and talent consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at People, Performance and Change Consulting since August 2020, M P Sriram focuses on enabling organizations to articulate and sustain meaningful change. M P Sriram co-founded Aventus Partners in June 2007, previously holding the role of Partner and Practice Leader in HR and Talent consulting. Prior to this, M P Sriram operated as an Independent Professional and contributed to various projects with Ernst & Young, Hewitt Associates, and Asian Paints. M P Sriram's educational background includes a PGDPMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BSL, LLB from ILS Law College, University of Poona.
