Brent Modzelewski

Brent Modzelewski has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Brent'smost recent position was as the Senior Director of Engineering and Clinical Studies at Aventusoft LLC, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Trividia Health (formerly Nipro Diagnostics) as the Senior Director of Innovation from April 2015 to May 2023. From December 2011 to 2015, Brent held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Nipro Diagnostics (formerly Home Diagnostics). Before that, they worked at Nipro Diagnostics Inc as the Director of Engineering from December 2005 to January 2011. Additionally, Brent was a Business Partner at Dactyl Technologies, LLC from January 1997 to December 2010. Brent also has experience working at Home Diagnostics, Inc in various roles including Director of Software Engineering, R&D, and Director from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, Brent worked as a Senior Design Engineer/Program Manager and Electronic Development Engineer at Nipro Diagnostics Inc from 1994 to 2000. Brent started their career as a Systems Analyst at CEP Systems, Inc from 1992 to 1994, and later worked as a Software Engineer at ABB Combustion Engineering from September 1991 to August 1992.

Brent Modzelewski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Hartford, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Brent then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1995 to 1997. Prior to their university education, Brent attended Danbury High School between 1986 and 1988. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as WSET Level 2 Certification in Wine and Spirits from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the South Florida Manufacturers Association in 2013, and Certified ScrumMaster - Agile development from the Scrum Alliance.
