Dave G. Zitting

Dave G. Zitting is a co-founder of Avenu, a company they started in December 2018. Dave G. is also the founder and principal of Windrows Capital Management & Consulting, which they established in January 2019. Prior to this, Zitting co-founded and served as CEO of Primary Residential Mortgage from June 1998 to December 2018.

Dave G. Zitting obtained a Business Management Certificate from the University of Utah between 1994 and 1996. Dave G. also received a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) certification in Real Estate Finance from the Mortgage Bankers Association. In addition, they have obtained multiple additional certifications, including being a Mortgage Action Alliance Member from the Mortgage Bankers Association since June 2020, a Certified Mortgage Banker since August 2015, and an Instrument Rated | Jet Type Pilot certified by the Federal Aviation Administration since January 2009.
