Victoria Garcia is an experienced professional with a strong background in community development and housing counseling. Since January 2018, Victoria has served as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor at Avenue, focusing on home ownership education. Prior to this role, Victoria worked as a Community Development Specialist for the City of Baytown, TX, and gained valuable experience as the Manager of the Sustainable Food Initiative at BakerRipley.
