Mike Mattingly

Michael Mattingly is the Principal & Co-Founder at Avenue Development, a healthcare real estate development company. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Preconstruction Manager at Meyer Najem Construction, specializing in Long Term Care & Medical facilities. Michael graduated from Purdue University in 2007 with a B.S. in Building Construction Management and a minor in Business Finance.
