Eric James

Eric James has extensive work experience in various roles. Eric started their career as an Administrative Assistant at a busy, non-profit HIV/AIDS dental clinic, where they managed front office operations and maintained documentation. Eric then worked as an Assistant Clinic Manager before transitioning into the role of Senior Program Manager. As a Senior Program Manager, Eric managed the daily operations of the clinic, including staff coordination, budget management, and grant reporting. Eric also assisted other program managers as needed. After leaving the dental clinic, Eric joined Bering Omega Community Services as an Operations Manager, where they continued their duties as a Senior Program Manager while also managing the organization's Quality Management activities and resolving client complaints. Most recently, Eric has been working as a Program Manager at Avenue 360 Health and Wellness, where they oversee the daily operations of a State-licensed adult day activity center and ensures compliance with licensure and facility requirements. Eric'sresponsibilities include staff management, budget management, finance reconciliation, and payroll coordination.

Eric James has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University of Houston.
