Chatty Arrieta has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Chatty began their career in 2004 as the Director of Facilities at Sotheby's International Realty. In 2009, they moved to Partners Trust Real Estate Brokerage & Acquisitions as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Operations at Pacific Union. In 2018, they were promoted to VP Operations, Southern California at Compass. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Brokerage Operations Director at Avenue 8.
