Matt Carbone

Matt Carbone, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Avenue Capital Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Executive Director at JPMorgan Investment Management - Real Estate from September 2000 to January 2022. Matt's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Controller at Cornerstone Properties Inc. from April 1998 to July 2000 and as an Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand from September 1994 to April 1998. Matt completed a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and English at the University of Notre Dame from August 1990 to May 1994, following graduation from Syosset High School in 1990.
