Brandon Hance is the Chief Executive Officer at Avenue Homes, an influential real estate investment and development platform based in Los Angeles. Brandon also serves as the Owner and President of InHance, a high-end residential design + build firm. Brandon is the Chairman of the Los Angeles Chapter at Alder, an exclusive Membership organization focused on solving generational challenges. As an Angel Investor & Advisor, Brandon actively supports early-stage companies in various sectors. Previously, Brandon founded GoodThreads and Audiolife, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills and leadership abilities. Brandon holds a B.S. in Music Industry and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
