Raul Menjivar, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from San Jose State University, currently serves as Co-Founder / Acquisitions at Avenue Homes, leading the underwriting of all investment strategies. Raul is also the Co-Managing Partner at The Run Group, where Raul has acquired, rehabilitated, and disposed of numerous properties and managed over $100 million in assets. Additionally, Raul developed a network of affiliate companies including a construction company and a real estate brokerage.
