Madison McDougall

Madison McDougall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management across various industries. As Co-Founder of Second Step Equine since March 2021, Madison has been actively involved in rescuing and rehabilitating horses while advocating for animal welfare. In the role of Sales Lead at AvenueHQ, Madison drives team growth and sales performance, building upon prior experience as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive. Madison also served as Territory Sales Manager at Mark Anthony Group, where responsibilities included enhancing sales and distribution in a retail environment. Previous roles include Night Manager at JOEY Restaurant Group, Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator at De Beers Diamond Jewellers, and Guest Services and Event Planner at Thunderbird Show Park.
