Audley Clarke

Audley Clarke currently serves as Acquisitions Director at Avenue One, beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Audley held the position of Senior Associate at TrueRate from July 2021 to September 2023, where facilitation of $70,000,000 in commercial real estate sales and negotiation of $1,100,000 in gross commissions occurred. Audley sourced and underwrote $3,000,000,000 in commercial real estate opportunities and developed a national underwriting model for multi-family properties. Earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap from July 2020 to July 2021, where Audley underwrote commercial assets over $50,000,000 and built relationships through extensive cold calling. Audley’s career began at Asset Living, where responsibilities included leasing management and sales; significant achievements included generating over 200 signed leases from an outreach of 4,000 leads. Audley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
