Thiago MacHado

Thiago Machado is a Senior Software Engineer at Avenue since August 2023, with extensive experience in software development and DevOps. Previously, Thiago served as a Back End Engineer at Wildlife Studios from November 2021 to June 2023, focusing on developing back-end applications in GoLang for various game functionalities while working with message-based systems and event-driven architecture. Prior to that, Thiago worked at Globo as a DevOps Engineer and Software Engineer from July 2019 to October 2021, where projects included migrating the company's object storage to Google Cloud Platform and integrating monitoring platforms with various applications. Thiago's career began at SIGA UFRJ, where as a Software Engineer from May 2013 to July 2019, involvement in an academic system impacted 50 thousand students, leading teams in Agile development. Additional experience includes developing a web system for Hospital Universitário Clementino Fraga Filho at Fluxo Consultoria. Thiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Technician degree in Information Technology from IFBA.
