Kathryn Hughes

Kathryn Hughes serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth at Avenue Z Network since February 2023. Previously, Kathryn held the role of Director of Client Partnerships & Business Development at Designzillas from December 2015 to January 2023, where the focus was on enhancing client experiences and nurturing long-term relationships. Prior to that, Kathryn was a Senior Account Executive at Hello! Destination Management for a decade, managing significant accounts like The Ritz Carlton, Grande Lakes Orlando. Kathryn's extensive experience includes overseeing large-scale logistics for corporate events, managing supplier relationships, and fostering partnerships, all underpinned by a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida and additional education from the University of South Australia.
