Courtney Gaines

Courtney Gaines has extensive work experience in the property management industry. Courtney is currently working at Avenue5 Residential as an Associate Vice President Client Strategy. Prior to that, they worked at RPM Living as a Senior Regional Manager from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the President/Vice President Client Services at CLEAR Property Management, where they led daily operations, implemented operational controls, and ensured financial strength. Courtney also held the position of Regional Manager at Laramar Group from 2014 to 2015, and Senior Analyst/Regional Manager at Riverstone Residential Group/Greystar from 2011 to 2014. Courtney's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Management at Weswood Residential from 2003 to 2011, and Property Manager/District Manager/Regional Manager at Westwood Residential from 1997 to 2003.

Courtney Gaines attended Lamar High School from 1988 to 1990. From 1990 to 1996, they pursued a BA in Government and History from Tarleton State University.
