Jeff Krohn

Jeff Krohn serves as the Executive Vice President at Avenue5 Residential since May 2022 and has held various leadership roles in the residential management industry. Prior to Avenue5, Jeff was an Executive at Alfred for a brief period in late 2021 and served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of the West Region at RPM from October 2020 to October 2021. Jeff's experience also includes a significant tenure at Alliance Residential Company, where from 2005 to 2018, roles included Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Business Development, Executive Director of Business Development, and Director of Project Management. Jeff's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and studies at Arizona State University.
