Kerry Hrenko

Kerry Hrenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organization development and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Organization Development at Avenue5 Residential since July 2017, Kerry previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at US Residential from May 2015 to July 2017, where responsibilities included designing and implementing educational tools for all associates and fostering communications with leadership. With over 15 years at Greystar, Kerry managed employee relations and performance management, contributing to training and budget oversight, and developed resources for 4,800 associates. Earlier experience as an Education Coordinator at Equity Residential involved scheduling training and creating educational materials for over 300 associates. Kerry's education includes studies at Montgomery College from 1993 to 1996.
