Sanaz Neissani

Sanaz Neissani, CAM, currently serves as Lease-up Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential since November 2022. Previously, Sanaz held the position of Community Manager at Thrive Communities from June 2017 to October 2022, and managed HOA & residential properties at The Providence House between August 2010 and January 2017, achieving a 100% increase in property value. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Sialk, Inc., and Project Engineer at Hill International Inc. and DEI Consulting, with significant contributions in project management and engineering. Sanaz holds an MS in Systems Engineering/Engineering Management from The George Washington University, a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and a BASc in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
