Steve Jones has extensive experience in maintenance and facilities management, currently serving as Area Maintenance Manager at Avenue5 Residential since October 2025. Previously, Steve held the position of National Maintenance Director at Professional Equity Management for a short term in 2025 and worked as Regional Facilities Director at Devco Residential Group. Steve’s career spans over a decade at HNN Communities, where multiple roles included Executive Maintenance Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor. Earlier positions include Maintenance Supervisor at RAM Partners, LLC, and Maintenance Technician at The Related Group and Bell Partners Inc. Steve began a career in maintenance with TLC Management as a Porter/Maintenance Tech. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Mission University.
