Tim Skluzacek

Tim Skluzacek, CPA, currently serves as Executive Vice President at Avenue5 Residential, a position held since March 2016, having also held roles as Senior Vice President and VP/Corporate Controller. Prior to this, Tim worked as Controller at Tax Credit Group of Marcus & Millichap from June 2013 to March 2016. Tim began professional career at CliftonLarsonAllen as an Auditor, focusing on in-charge audits of nonprofit and governmental organizations, while also training new associates and preparing financial statements. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Spanish from Saint John's University.
