She lead the HR, Payroll, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Resourcing teams. Her role is to ensure that those teams work together to recruit, develop, retain and deploy people with the very best skills and values so that Avenues delivers exceptional services to the people that it already supports but also so that they are well placed to deliver services to other people that need our support.
