Angela Tung

Angela Tung is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in early learning and Montessori education. Currently serving as the Early Learning Center Division Head at Avenues: The World School since May 2021, Angela oversees budgeting, staffing, legal compliance, and daily operations for a division comprising over 60 staff and 220 students, effectively managing challenges posed by Covid-19 regulations. Previously, Angela held similar leadership roles at Whittle School & Studios and HD Schools, successfully launching educational programs and maintaining full enrollment. With a background that includes positions as Academic Director at Elitek12 Education Group and Montessori Academy, Angela has a proven track record in curriculum development, staff training, and fostering student growth. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UC San Diego.
