Avenues to Independence
Gina Mailhiot has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Illinois University. Gina has experience as a Case Manager at Avenues to Independence, where Gina develops and writes individual program plans, coordinates team meetings, trains staff, and provides crisis intervention. Prior to that, Gina worked as a Day Care worker at Bright Minds Educational Center and as a Direct Support Professional at CTF ILLINOIS, assisting residents with activities of daily living.
