Ethan Poole

Ethan Poole is an experienced Technical Support Engineer currently serving as a Team Lead at AvePoint since November 2020, with previous roles at the same company as a Senior Tier 1 Engineer and Technical Support Analyst. Prior to AvePoint, Ethan worked at TriMech as a Support Engineer and held an Industrial Designer I position at Eclipse Product Development, where skills in user research, product conceptualization, and multidisciplinary teamwork were developed. Additional experience includes internships in visual design at Meridium and industrial design roles, as well as positions in customer service and team environments across various sectors, including food service and data collection. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design from Virginia Tech, complemented by a minor in Spanish.
