Jason Jacoby

Jason Jacoby currently serves as SVP, Deputy General Counsel at AvePoint since 2019, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles including V.P., Deputy General Counsel at K2M, where management of various litigation types and collaboration with sales teams to enhance distribution channels were key responsibilities. Previous positions at Hirschler Fleischer, Woods Rogers PLC, CarMax, and Hunton & Williams LLP involved general commercial litigation, regulatory matters, and oversight of litigation compliance for major clients. Jason began legal career as a Clerk to Justice Donald W. Lemons at the Supreme Court of Virginia. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership Studies and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond.
