Andrew Kiang

Andrew Kiang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at AVER, LLC since September 2023. Previously, Andrew held positions at SAIC from 2019 to 2023 as a Solutions Delivery Lead Program Manager, overseeing a 65+ person team focused on innovative solutions for US border security. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Pyramid Systems, Inc. and Hewlett-Packard, where Andrew led agile development teams and managed major projects during the merger that formed DXC Technology. Additional roles at Deloitte Consulting and Project Performance Corporation involved systems integration and IT solutions for government agencies. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, graduating in 2006.
