Craig MacKinnon

Craig MacKinnon has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2001. Craig began their career as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, serving as an Aviation Logistics Tactical Information Specialist. In 2007, they joined ACS as an Escalation Support Specialist. The following year, they became a Systems Analyst at Randstad US, Professionals. From 2015-2019, they were a ServiceNow Developer and Systems Analyst III at Ultimate Software. In 2019, they moved to Acorio as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, and in 2022 they joined Servos in the same role. Most recently, they have been a ServiceNow Developer at AVER, LLC.

Craig MacKinnon obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Network Systems Engineering from Barry University between 2008 and 2012.
